It will be a bitter sweet day indeed when the staple browser for many Windows XP fans out there finally pops its clogs. It’s the browser that all of us developers love to hate, with its quirky handling of double margin, to the way it calculates widths of things with and without padding and margin.
Bitter sweet because its been around for almost 10 years now and is still used in large numbers within the corporate world. Will we miss it? I’d love to say no but what browser can we bitch about when it has finally shuffled off?
