At the eleventh hour the ICO decide to alter direction on the new law that requires website owners to inform their users as to how cookies are used on their site. On Thursday 24th, just 2 days before they would start to enforce website owners to comply, the ICO released this document.
Of course we’ll have a read through this and see what it means to our clients and whether there is additional work to be done or in fact any at all!
